As Technical Leader, Oceania Chau is a veteran of the technology arena. Having held various positions in tech organizations, Oceania greatly excels in his field. Oceania joined IPTP Networks around 4 years ago as Senior Network Engineer, and was quickly entrusted by the regional teams and high-level executives.

Oceania holds the Internetwork Expert Routing and Switching (CCIE-RS) certification from Cisco and was acknowledged as a certified Expert, Service Provider Routing & Switching (JNCIE-SP) from Juniper Networks.

As Accounting Supervisor, Kool Tran has a wealth of experience gained from managing financial and accounting functions within various offices. At IPTP Networks, she is in charge of all aspects of the finance function including credit control, audit and tax in the APAC area. The majority of her team is based in Vietnam, although she also has team members located in other offices around the world.

She is also responsible for providing leadership, direction and management of the accounting team in the region, as well as providing strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team.

Pavel is the original architect and developer of the early-stage IPTP XRM system. He also designed the first version of XM – our free messaging platform. With more than 15 years of experience in software development, system integration, and team management, he excels in all IT endeavors. After getting back to his previous position, Pavel continues as Software Development and concentrates on current technology issues and charting the course for upcoming IPTP ERP advancements. While born in Russia, he is currently leading our software team in Da Nang, Vietnam.

As Managing Director, Oscar Barreto represents the company in Peru. Besides ensuring the company’s best interest, he’s also in charge of office administration, signing contracts with clients and suppliers, assigning and coordinating staff according to their functions and responsibilities, approving documents & managing company policies, plans, resources, and various business processes.

Although it’s a challenging position, Oscar greatly enjoys meeting with business partners at strategic events. He also appreciates the chances to work with NOC, OPS, Pre-sales and Operations areas, which helps expand his technical knowledge.

Victor possesses a strong telecom background with nearly 25 years of experience. Before joining IPTP Networks, he was the Head of the Fixed Network Department in MTS, where he was given the «person of the year 2006» award from the Kaliningrad branch.

After graduating with a university degree in International economic relations, she continued to join more courses and got certificates and diplomas in Financial management, tax consulting, financial markets, and ACCA. At the moment, she is studying in a Marketing program.

As IPTP Networks’ global marketing manager, Sandra Truong is in charge of overseeing the company’s overall international marketing strategy. She leads the content marketing, product marketing, event marketing, and direct marketing teams. Before joining IPTP, Sandra worked in a variety of marketing roles in the tech sector. Highly motivated and known for her energy, Sandra is a creative and passionate marketing expert that has a track record of producing great outcomes that are good for B2C & B2B IT companies of all sizes. Sandra is incredibly active and you can always find her at a local gym doing heavy weightliftings.
