Our logistics department globally despatch all orders via the quickest and the most economical method possible to ensure our contractors receive their orders on time and in full. To improve our performance, we are looking for a reliable head of the logistics department in Novorossiysk or Moscow (Russia) to be responsible for the overall supply chain (include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods).
Requirements:
Spoken and written English Upper-intermediate level is a must.
To have an understanding of IT components/networking/server equipment.
Experience of work in a similar position.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to restructure existing logistics department to self-driven business partner
- Express Initiatives leading to economically advantageous for company projects
- Search for business opportunities to increase the company’s profit
- Support company Projects globally from the supply chain process
- Be able to analyze existing in-house developed software, initiate and manage improvements for more effective use
- Be able to distribute operations globally upon company targets
- Have a good understanding of price fluctuation and built-up company stock reserve following company needs
- Conduct analytical reports to adjust stock requirements
- Manage a multicultural team of 6 remote members with day-to-day duties
- Assign tasks to the team according to the company’s targets
- Implement a KPI system for the Logistics team
