As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute Marketing Department duties. You will be working on multiple projects with many people across all of our international departments. As such, this position requires a high level of initiative, the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously on flexibility, tight deadlines, superb attention to detail, incredible follow through, and crystal clear communication.
Support Marketing Manager in execution and follow through of all marketing emails, social media, special projects, and ad-hoc initiatives. Responsible for day-to-day execution of managing marketing campaigns. Managing company calendar Assisting with research for travel and accommodation.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with email platforms
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and can-do attitude
- Highly organized
